Construction Management Services provides an owner on-site management without having to be on-site. Monarch coordinates and leads contractual negotiations; solicits reviews and qualifies proposals from architects, engineers and general contractors. We will facilitate team integration to achieve schedule and budget goals. Our project manager oversees the construction progress and change orders to achieve smooth and successful project close-out and client acceptance.
